Boston IP attorney seeking to make our city a go-to for patent litigation

Lee Carl Bromberg, president of the Boston Patent Law Association, is working with a team of other IP lawyers and local federal judges to streamline procedures for patent litigation in the federal courts in Boston. Local know-how, a knowledgeable judiciary and good procedures have created several magnet districts for patent litigation. In addition, a few districts are renowned for being plaintiff-friendly.
